WooHoo - today I am 7 weeks pregnant and beginning my 8th week of pregnancy. I don’t know why, but I was excited to see an e-mail in my inbox today that said, “You’re 7 weeks pregnant.” That was cool. It’s really neat that Monday, the start of a new week, is also the start of a new week of pregnancy for me. I like how that lines up! So now, I’m more than half way through my 1st trimester and baby is continuing to grow and form. It’s such an exciting thought.
We still have to tell the kids. We already know they’ll be excited because my husband already asked them if they want another brother or sister and they all said, “Yes.” Well, all except my son who goes back and forth between yes and no, but he’s only 2. Anyway, we want to tell the kids before we “officially” tell anyone else, but I have a feeling they kind of already know.
I really do need a nap today, though, because we had a really busy, but really fun, weekend. However, it was also very tiring! So I’m hoping I get a nap today. My husband and I also had a fabulous 11th anniversary dinner on Saturday and were glad to be joined by my in-laws as well as by my Sister-in-Law and her husband who flew in from out of state to have dinner with us (luckily, they work for an airlines, so that’s why they could make the trip).
