So again the girls are asking for more babies. I have 3 daughters and 1 son. Just today my girls were asking for more. My youngest daughter wants more “girl babies” and my oldest, of course, wants boys. Then my second daughter lets her sisters know that we aren’t going to have any more if mom says we aren’t.
I ask them where this new baby is going to sleep. Since we still have my 2-yr-old son’s crib up, they say baby will sleep in the crib. My oldest daughter has it all planned out. If it’s a boy, he’ll sleep with her (along with my 2-yr-old), but if it’s a girl, the baby can sleep with my youngest daughter (the one that wants the “girl baby”). Little do they know they may get their wish by the end of the year.
We’ll have to see. I don’t want them to get all excited about it and then have nothing happen and have them constantly asking “when?” That’ll only add unnecessary pressure to the situation. So, I’ll tell them soon enough. I’m just not sure when.
