Yay! The appraisal came in just fine. It actually came in $2K over the purchase price of the house we’re in escrow for! Phew! One step closer. So long as our loan comes through okay, we should be good to go. The paperwork for that will be submitted to lenders this week. According to our loan officers it’s been taking 2 weeks for lenders to respond. That’s pretty much the last “big” hurdle for this house. Wish us luck!
