So a while back I made a post about selling our house - well, the good news is that we just accepted an offer on it last night and should be in escrow today! We also don’t have to worry about how our appraisal comes in because the buyer has agreed to guarantee us a set price no matter how the appraisal comes in! So that’s one less thing for me to stress about. We also had another offer that was quite similar and we accepted that one as our back-up. I’m hoping all goes smoothly with this offer though and that we don’t need our back-up. Both parties are hoping to close by the end of September. Wish us luck that it happens!
I’m sooooo looking forward to paying off all our credit card debt AND searching for a bigger place (property and house) for our family.
