Getting Back Into Shape After Pregnancy

So, I’m at that point where I’m thinking about how to get my pre-pregnancy body back after delivery.  This time, I have an exact plan.  I know exactly what type of exercise I’m going to do once I’m able to go ahead and exercise again.  I’m going to do Uphill Fitness Training.  Why?  Well, there are a couple of reasons:

1.  I was doing Uphill Fitness Training before I got pregnant and was in the best physical shape I’d been in in a long time.

2.  It doesn’t take hours a week.  In fact, when I was doing it before, it took about 30 minutes from beginning to end including warm up and warm down

3.  Did I mention results?!  I love the results I got working out just those 30 minutes a day, 3 times a week

4.  The guy that came up with the program has 5 kids too and his wife used it after she had her 5th child to get back into shape.  I figured I’d like to try that too.  It’ll be interesting to see if I can achieve similar results.

5.  I can go at my own pace.  I know I won’t be blazing up the hills right after delivery, but with this program I can work back into it as far as just what intensity I’m going to use as I’m ready.

6.  No exercise equipment necessary!

7.  Did I mention results???

LOL - so if you’re looking for a way to get in shape too, I highly recommend Uphill Fitness Training because I’ve used it before and my family has used it before, and we love the results we’ve gotten.  So keep it in mind and look into it - maybe it’ll work for you too.
