I’ve been thinking…I’d like to be with my SIL when she delivers. All our family is here in Hawaii and she is in Chicago. She and my BIL both work for an airline though, so their family can fly up. Plus my MIL (SIL mom) also works for the same airlines so I’m sure they’ll make their way up there too. But I’d really like to be there.
Hopefully, someone can get me there on a companion pass, since we have no idea if she’ll go early, or on time, or maybe a little late. That way I can just stay until she gives birth and make arrangements to leave after that. Wouldn’t it be great if I did end up getting pregnant again and I’m up there with my preggo belly too? Two preggo women hanging out - oh, that sounds like so much fun. And, if my MIL does make her way up there, I probably won’t even have to be the one to “take care” of my SIL (i.e. do all the cooking and help clean, etc). I’m sure my MIL would have fun fussing over the mother’s of her two unborn grandchildren. That sounds like a plan! I can only hope everything works out. I mean, I just hope my SIL pg goes just as planned and I can get up there. Being pg too would just be icing on the cake, but I do want to be there.
