I can’t believe I didn’t post this here yet. See, too busy. Anyway, we got these done last week. It was a last minute decision. This was something I hadn’t really planned on doing, but when my husband brought it up, I caved in and went for it.
We went as a family. All the kids were there and they enjoyed seeing their baby brother or sister up on the monitor. We even got a DVD of the scan which we have never done before.
Now, there is controversy over whether or not people should get “recreational” scans. For me, this choice is not one I’ll regret for a number of reasons. It’s definitely a very personal decision and one that should be made together by a couple after doing their own research and taking a look at why they want to have it done.
