Now I feel like the countdown is on. I have a dr’s appt this Wednesday that I am looking forward to. It’s crazy to think that I could conceivably have “full term” baby in about 3 weeks.
I’m getting to the point where I have to pee more often, where laying down hurts at times, where my belly feels sooooo heavy for a bit right after I get up from lying down or from sitting for a while. I love it though! It lets me know that baby is growing and I’m getting closer.
My family is getting excited too. They know baby will be here soon. My husband seems very anxious to meet this little one. My son, who I know will have to go through a transition from being the baby, also seems to be fond of his little brother or sister already. He hugs and kisses my belly every day and talks to the baby too. He is insistent that it’s a “boy baby” so we’ll see if he’s right. Honestly though, I think his big sister just brainwashed him by always telling him that it’s a boy baby. LOL
Anyway - will definitely update after my appt on Wednesday.
